I am a student at a community college, I have a 2.8 GPA if I'm not mistaken. I have roughly 30 more credits to go before I graduate and get an associates degree in writing. No particular type. I love all forms of writing.
Experience
I don't know if helping nieces and nephews with homework would be considered tutoring, but I have. I am a secretary of a writers group and was assistant organizer of another. Both involve helping fellow writers being a better writer; proofreading, critiquing, editing, offering suggestions. I was also a writer for the college's school paper where stories are selected and I had to choose which I wanted to do, then write it a certain way. If it were to interview someone I'd have to come up with interview questions and send it in to get it published. I select a story I wanted, then did whatever I had to do. Or write my own thing, such as an opinion piece or one thing was about women's body image and how it can affect their health and social life. I am familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Adobe Photoshop. I also type roughly 80 WPM.
